This was a research-based class with the goal to generate content for NC State to use on the large-scale MicroTiles display walls in Hunt Library. I have limited experience designing interactive media, so my main goals for the class were to learn software that supports interaction and to explore ways to use it at a large scale for full-body interaction. There were quite a few technical hurdles to overcome, but my understanding and ability to use the software has improved significantly. Although still a work in progress, my final project is a whimsical interactive landscape using Flash and physics engine Box2D.
The video included here explains my process through-out this project.
